Stanbic Jazz Festival to commence tonight
The 2016 edition of the Stanbic Jazz Festival is slated to start tonight. It goes down at the Accra International Conference Center.
It is a three day festival that will end on Sunday, June 26.
The headline artiste is the American two time Grammy Award-winning jazz keyboardist, arranger and record producer, Bob James. He will be joined by the dynamic Tom Braxton.
Other artistes who will be performing are Steve Bedi, Akablay, Kyekyeku, the Ayisa-Dey Group, Stephanie Benson, Constant Boty, Owura Kay, Blue Rhythms, Les Femmes, Adomaa and Dr. Nii Lantey.
Last year’s Stanbic Bank Jazz Festival was headlined by Earl Klugh. After the two nights, the patrons all left feeling that they had been well entertained.
This year’s festival spans across three nights and promises to be as awesome as people can ask for.
