My father died of acute kidney failure – Kofi Middleton-Mends’ daughter
The daughter of the late Kofi Middleton-Mends, Araba Botchwey, has revealed that her father died of acute kidney failure.
She revealed that her father, who died at age 77, had been battling kidney disease for over two years. She added that the old man had been receiving dialysis treatment at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital.
Middleton-Mends is best remembered for a Keysoap ad that he featured in. He also featured in some Ghanaian classics, including No Tears for Ananse.
The last role he played was in Shirley Frimpong Manso’s Grey Dawn.
