Nigeria’s Most Beautiful Ghana launched in Accra
The ‘Nigeria’s Most Beautiful Ghana’ pageant has officially been launched in Accra.
It is aimed at enabling the pageants to shine a spotlight on Nigeria through fashion, talent display and cultural performances.
The winner of the pageant will embark on various humanitarian projects across all regions of Ghana.
The launch of Nigeria’s Most Beautiful Ghana was held at the Nigerian Cultural Center in Accra. Some popular actors like Prince David Osei and Frank Artus were present.
In a speech that was read on her behalf, the Nigeria High Commissioner to Ghana said that the pageant was aimed at building role models.
“The creation of this great initiative is aimed at building more role models with a vision to provide for and to empower Nigerian young women in developing the confidence they need to achieve their personal best, to build their self-esteem and to strive endlessly in their various endeavor. This we believe will promote and strengthen the bilateral relations between the two nations, while promoting Nigeria’s cultural diversity and dexterity in Ghana.”
The grand audition will be held in Accra on September 24, while the grand finale will be on October 22 at the National Theatre.
