Mahrez is Africa’s best player

Leicester City’s Riyad Mahrez has emerged the best player on the African continent.

He got the award with 361 votes.

Denis Onyango of The Cranes got the top award for African players who are based on the continent. He won with 252 votes.

No Ghanaian player made it to the top three of the Africa Best player competition, as Gabon’s Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang got the second position (313 votes), with Senegal’s Sadio Mane being third (186 votes).
