Abrewa Nana cautions artistes on ‘beefs’
One of Ghana’s female ragga pioneers, Abrewa Nana, has pleaded with Ghanaian artistes to be careful with the recent rise in ‘beefs’.
Abrewa says that this new trend could bring havoc if not checked.
“The industry thinks it is fun but it is not funny and it takes us nowhere. After diss, what? Make up? One of these days there will be deaths because of such acts and then we will admit it is not healthy.”
Abrewa Nana recently released the song ‘Who I be’ and hinted to citifmonline.com that she is currently working on a project that will greatly impress her fans.
“There are going to be other releases soon and I am just there to stay to contribute to the growth of the industry, to motivate and encourage through my music and to support those who need mine,” she said.
