Bill Cosby’s retrial set for November 6
Bill Cosby retrial is set to take place on November 6.
The comedian is facing charges that he drugged and molested a woman more than a decade ago.
A US judge signed order for all parties to report to the Montgomery Country Courthouse in Norristown, Pennsylvania on November 6.
The previous trial ended with a hung jury after 52 hours of deliberations by the jury but District Attorney Kevin Steele has vowed to put Cosby on trial again.
Bill Cosby turns 80 next week and has said that the sexual encounter with Andrea Constand was consensual.
